We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay within one business day. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Privacy Policy:

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We also may collect and store your credit card information and billing information when you purchase from us. This is for your convenience. Don’t worry though! We will not sell your personally identifiable information or billing information to anyone; we care about you and your security.

REFUND POLICY

Plants:

  • Full refunds are available for plant purchases until the end of the following day after the original sale.
  • After this period, all plant sales are considered final.

Hard Goods:

  • Hard goods (non-plant items) can be returned for a full refund until the end of the following day after the original sale.
  • After that period, hard goods are eligible for return in exchange for a TPG gift card for up to 3 days after the original sale.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please return the items in their original condition and packaging within the specified timeframe.
  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed for eligible items.
  • For hard goods returned after 1 day, a TPG gift card will be issued.

Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that discounted items or items marked as final sale are always considered immediately final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:  

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at (504) 488-8887 for charges.
  • Once the card has been processed the order will be processed for shipment, at this point you may be sent a tracking number.
