We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay within one business day. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

REFUND POLICY

We stand by our products but if you are not satisfied with the product you receive we offer 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call us at 504-488-8887, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.  If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:  

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
  • Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once the card has been processed the order will be processed for shipment, at this point you may be sent a tracking number.
